What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Review service needs and recommend maintenance or repairs
- Communicate technician findings and obtain customer approvals
- Keep customers informed on repair progress and timelines
- Review completed work to ensure satisfaction

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive service experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person

Experience & Education
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive roles is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or service certifications are a plus.
Technical Knowledge
- Interest in learning about automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Ability to clearly explain vehicle information and service recommendations in everyday language.
Guest Service Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to create positive guest experiences and handle questions or concerns with professionalism.
Sales & Consultation
- Comfortable discussing products and services to help guests make informed decisions.
- Motivated by goals and opportunities to earn performance-based incentives.
Organization & Time Management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Organized and dependable in maintaining service records and schedules.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Resourceful and calm under pressure when solving guest or service challenges.
- Works well independently and as part of a supportive team.
Technology Skills
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership or scheduling software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
