This role involves crafting clear and concise service communications, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a consistent brand tone throughout all service touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between service teams and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Develop and refine written service communication templates and procedures.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with clarity and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate information for client updates.
Assist in preparing service documentation, reports, and customer-facing correspondence.
Identify communication gaps and recommend process improvements.
Ensure alignment with company standards in tone, quality, and accuracy.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, communications, or advisory roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
