Berman Nissan/Infiniti is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team!
The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales.
Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager
Location: Berman Nissan/Infiniti (Chicago, IL)
Pay: $120,000-$180,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and resolving customer concerns promptly
Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and meets dealership goals and KPIs
Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed
Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative sales environment

Qualifications
Must have 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
