Joe Cooper Hyundai of Midwest City is accepting applications for an additional Service Advisor. Our Service Advisors are responsible for:
Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
Communicating effectively between customers, managers, and technicians
Listening to and understanding customer problems
Arranging appropriate service/repairs
Setting and managing expectations for customers and technicians
Explaining needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair quality and timeliness
Working productively in a fast-paced team environment
Delivering world-class customer service
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred
One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Highly professional and dependable
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Basic computer and internet skills. Experience with CDK and/or X-Time preferred
