Our Subaru of Chicago dealership is looking for a hardworking, entry-level Service Advisor who’s eager to learn and grow with our team. No prior experience is required - just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.
Location: Subaru of Chicago - Chicago, IL (60641)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
Pay: Earn $100,000+ per year! (Commission Position)
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and assist with their service needs
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
Learn to prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
Help ensure an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
A go-getter with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Someone excited by a fast-paced environment and hands-on training
A self-starter who wants to control their own pay through our commission-structured pay plan

Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (3 yr min)
Must be willing to submit a background screening
