Meineke Car Care Center in Westchase is hiring Lube Technicians who are reliable, motivated, and ready to perform top-quality work. We’re looking for people who take pride in their performance and are eager to grow into advanced Technician or Service Advisor roles.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a smile within 10 feet—make every visit a positive experience
• Represent the Meineke brand with a clean appearance and friendly attitude

Vehicle Inspections & Services

• Perform complete inspections following Meineke procedures (in 15 minutes or less)
• Accurately document all findings using our inspection tools
• Communicate inspection results with the Service Advisor or Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and respect customer vehicles like they’re your own

Shop Maintenance

• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Maintain your toolbox and tools
• Assist with cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance

Training & Development

• Stay current on new vehicle technologies and procedures
• Participate in regular training and certification opportunities
• Work with management to pursue growth into technician or advisor roles

Other Duties

• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Be a team player—help where needed
