Mechanic Automotive/Equipment Repair

Mechanic Primary Duties and Responsibilities

$22.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

• Maintain fleet of vehicles used for on road and off road purposes
• Maintain equipment used by Grounds and Landscaping
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs to vehicles and equipment
• Keep an accurate, up to date log of all performed maintenance
• Prepare quotes and work up estimates for the Facilities Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized repair shop
• Maintain company owned tools and equipment
• Adhere to company workplace safety guidelines to avoid injuries
• All other duties as assigned

 Mechanic Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior mechanical experience required
• Knowledge of basic testing equipment and tools required
• Basic automotive repair knowledge
