Job Description

Summary:

The Mobile Service Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of our Mobile Service Van operations, ensuring customers receive convenient, high-quality service without visiting the dealership. This role involves scheduling mobile appointments, communicating with customers, and supporting technicians in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering a premium service experience on the go.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Mobile Service Van, including appointment scheduling, routing, and service coordination.
Contact customers to promote and schedule mobile service visits.
Communicate repair needs, costs, and timing with both customers and technicians.
Track and follow up on mobile service appointments to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
Coordinate with the Service Manager and Technicians to plan routes and service priorities.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed work, and parts usage.
Support marketing efforts to grow awareness of the Mobile Service program.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in automotive service advising
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with dealership management systems and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug test, and MVR).
Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation (Draw / Commission):

Performance-based earnings range: $65,000 - $95,000+ / year

Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.
