Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our busy dealership team. This role is essential in supporting our Service and Parts Departments by ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of automotive parts.

Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming parts and materials

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch parts for technicians and customers

Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage systems

Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory control

Process returns and warranty parts according to dealership procedures

Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards

Assist the Parts Manager with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive parts or warehouse role (luxury brand experience advantageous)

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Confident using inventory management systems

Physically capable of handling parts and warehouse duties

Required:

· All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

· All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

· All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Additional Information

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full Time
Monday through Friday availability
Saturday/Sundays off
