Job Overview:

As an R&R Mechanic, you’ll focus on the removal and replacement of engines, transmissions, and driveline components. You'll work closely with our diagnostics techs and shop manager to ensure jobs are completed accurately, safely, and on time. We’re looking for someone experienced, dependable, and ready to wrench.

Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace engines, transmissions, differentials, and driveline components
• Follow repair orders and job checklists
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely operate lifts, tools, and equipment
• Communicate with the manager and team about job progress
• Inspect parts and report additional work needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of R&R or general mechanic experience
• Must have your own tools (specialty tools provided)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Transmission experience is a plus, but not required
