We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and our service department, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone
Clearly understand and document customer concerns and service needs
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance
Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and provide updates
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before finalizing the service
Process invoices, payments, and any necessary paperwork
Schedule future appointments and follow up on service reminders
Maintain customer records and ensure data is accurate and up to date
Help resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers in a clear way
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with service scheduling software
High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical or service training a plus)
