Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and our service department, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone

  • Clearly understand and document customer concerns and service needs

  • Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance

  • Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and provide updates

  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process

  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before finalizing the service

  • Process invoices, payments, and any necessary paperwork

  • Schedule future appointments and follow up on service reminders

  • Maintain customer records and ensure data is accurate and up to date

  • Help resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers in a clear way

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with service scheduling software

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical or service training a plus)
