- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
