Greet service customers promptly and professionally
Perform walkarounds and gather vehicle concerns clearly and accurately
Write repair orders and dispatch work through Xtime and Dealertrack DMS
Provide repair estimates and secure customer approvals
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
Review completed repairs, ensure quality control, and explain charges
Upsell maintenance services based on factory recommendations and vehicle needs
Achieve sales and CSI goals through exceptional service and follow-up
1+ year of experience as a dealership service advisor (CDJR experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Xtime, Dealertrack, and OEM scheduling/dispatch tools
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Ability to manage high volume while maintaining excellent CSI
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
