    Position: Service Advisor at Max Motors Dealerships

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Max Motors Dealerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and enjoys providing excellent service to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers to determine their needs and provide recommendations for services
  • Prepare and explain service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and answer any questions they may have
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service to our customers

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic mechanical skills is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
