Summary
Highly skilled mechanic; trained and certified in Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit, Cummins, and Allison. Performs quality repairs of all types within a given time frame, maintaining 98% - 100% return-free work. Frequently engaged in complex diagnoses, troubleshooting issues with no assistance and able to effectively train and guide less experienced technicians. Works with Shop Foreman to establish repair strategies based on job priorities. Previously worked as B Class Technician, has at least 5 years of experience, and is engine and chassis certified.

Education/Experience
UTI/Lincoln Tech/Pennco Tech (or similar) Certification and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience, including work as a B-Class service technician. Experience and certifications may be substituted for formal program certification.
Language Skills - Able to read, analyze, and interpret work orders, service information, wiring diagrams, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from technicians, groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Reasoning Ability - Able to apply common sense understanding and practical problem solving to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
