Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with service requests
• Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team

Communication:

• Keep customers informed throughout their service experience
• Provide updates about vehicle issues, repairs, and estimated costs

Documentation:

• Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings
• Ensure all work orders are clear, complete, and properly filed

Shop Organization:

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area
• Assist with organizing technician workload and shop scheduling

Basic Repair & Maintenance (as training allows):

• Support technicians with simple tasks while learning the service process

Follow-Up:

• Reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-service

Technology Use:

• Learn and utilize dealership service software to manage customer interactions and track vehicle history

Adhere to Standards:

• Uphold brand and dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or automotive experience 
• Valid driver’s license required
