Berman Hyundai is looking for a Service Manager to add to the team!
Location: Lincolnwood, IL
Pay: $125,000/ annually (Commission Role - Total Shop GP, ROs, CSI + ELR)
Must have Dealership Service Management Experience
You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality
Ensure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations
Hire and develop service advisors and technicians
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals
Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies
